FAQs

How do I know if I’m the right person to attend on behalf of my firm?

The roundtables allow for collaborative and in-depth discussions among senior leadership responsible for marketing technology decisions within their firms. In most firms, these roles have Chief and Director titles and in some instances Senior or Associate Director titles.

Will the sessions be recorded?

At this time, we do not plan to record the sessions. Our goal is to provide our participants with a dynamic in-person experience where attendees can share freely. If you purchase a ticket but are not able to attend, we will follow up with you and share resources and key takeaways from the discussions.

Are technology companies participating in these events?

Our attendees have asked that we reserve attendance to in-house law firm staff and technology-independent consultants.

Is there a dress code?

We recommend participants wear business casual attire.

Will lunch be provided?

Yes, lunch is provided. Dietary restrictions can be communicated on the registration form to accommodate specific needs. There will also be hors d'oeuvres and drinks served at the end of the event.

How long is the event?

The roundtables are half-day events starting at 12:00 PM and conclude with a 5 PM happy hour.

May I purchase same-day tickets?

To ensure we able to accommodate all attendees, same-day tickets will not be sold for roundtable events.

How many people from my firm can attend?

The roundtables are reserved for senior leadership who are responsible for making strategic decisions regarding marketing technology initiatives within their law firms. In most cases, these decisions are typically made by a handful of individuals. We recommend no more than three attendees from one firm to ensure the networking and discussions are helpful to all in attendance.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are eligible 90 days before the date of the roundtable.
